By creating a safe space and working in a collaborative, compassionate manner I have supported many people on their journey of healing and growth. Healing it’s self is the journey, it takes time, commitment, patience and hope.
Losing someone that has great meaning for us via death, moving away, toxic relationship breakups, is a time fraught with many deep painful emotions. These emotions impact our lives in many ways our handling of life within other relationships, our productivity in the work force and for some our very existence is compromised.
Many of us suffer from childhood abuse that continues to impact our adult life. With support, learning about your inner resources -strengths and the resources in your community you can learn new tools of self discovery in time create the new beliefs and attitudes that will bring you more peace and harmony in your life and allow for OPPORTUNITIES.
