I use a non-judgmental and supportive approach to highlight your existing strengths and support you along your healing journey.
Within my practice, various therapeutic modalities are used including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. I have experience working with diverse populations in community and medical based settings.
