Hi. I’m Christine. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist. I’m also an educator, mother, doula and an inner and outer explorer. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the human service sector in roles such as school teacher, community justice facilitator, sexual health educator, and crisis counsellor. I have been fortunate to work with people from across the lifespan from diverse cultural, racial, sexual, religious, and economic backgrounds. It is through this work and through self-inquiry that I have come to understand how these complex intersections of identity shape one’s experience and well-being.
