"Sometimes when it feels that life is falling apart, it is actually falling into place". During our life's journey all of us experience times of loss, despair, and loneliness. During these occasions we are often unable to see the patterns we need to change. I have previously spent many years practicing as a nurse. I came to realize that healing the body was less meaningful if the mind is struggling with personal pain.
I will be using a variety of therapeutic techniques, moving at your pace, and progressing as you wish. I use an integrative approach to Psychotherapy: Psychodynamic--being more aware of the lost parts of ourselves, Existential--finding meaning in your life, Transpersonal--embracing your personal nature, and Somatic--becoming more in tune with our bodies.
