I’m always honored for the opportunity to join my clients through their journey to wellness, and do so at their own pace. I tailor sessions to meet your needs in an inclusive, down-to-earth, judgment free space. I have a range of experience working with youth, adults, couples and families, in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family concerns, emotion regulation, anger management, teen concerns, stress management, self-esteem and more.
I practice a holistic approach to meet your needs, and goals for therapy. Some therapy models I practice include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioiral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My approach to therapy is collaborative, in that you know yourself best and I work with you to help you discover the answers you’re looking for.
