Hi, I'm Sabrina. I work with adult individuals and bring a friendly, easy-going approach and sense of acceptance and safety to the sessions. Clients I see are experiencing depression or anxiety and are looking to ease their symptoms. Other issues I commonly work with are emotional loneliness, self-esteem, navigating family dynamics, relationship issues, and impostor syndrome.
I bring an easy-going, caring approach that is trauma-informed. I specialize in IFS (internal family systems) which is a gentle yet effective modality. I am one of a handful of certified IFS therapists in Canada. I bring in other tools from CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), mindfulness-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment theory as well.
