The word Animism derives from the latin root Anima, meaning breath, spirit and life. I'll be a guide and ally to connect you to your inner wisdom on your Wellness and Spiritual Journey. I’m here for you during times of transition (relationships, work, health, grief and more) to help you let go of what has been holding you back so you can evolve into who you are meant to be. Together we'll work to transform : Disconnection into Connection, People Pleasing into Authenticity, Fear into Empowerment, Resistance into Acceptance, Judgement into Gratitude, Cautiousness into Consciousness, Repression into Expression, Anger into Creativity.

We’ll work to tend to your past, present and future using a variety of tools including: inner child re-connection, meditation, sound, energy awareness, tuning into and releasing feelings, manifestation tools, mindfulness, connection to spirituality using animism as a foundation + bringing awareness to/changing your inner narratives that shape your life.

We're all evolving from old pain programs and creating new versions of ourselves. It's my intention to be non-judgemental, compassionate and motivating. Weirdness is welcome!
