For 20 yrs I've supported clients who've experienced the complexities of life including anxiety, depression, stress, illness, abuse, work issue, parenting/family dynamics with special interest in neurobiology, trauma and loss.
I create a safe space for us to explore, where we can navigate/process the stuck and painful parts while we embrace reflection and the "ah-ha" moments. This foundation offers improved emotional safety in relationship with yourself/others and confidence having achieved your therapy goals with added healing, purpose, meaningful connection and fulfillment.
