Groups
Online Anger Management - 4 Week Course
Anger is a normal healthy emotion. Our four-week, court-approved program helps participants recognize and address their anger, and learn to express it in ways that do not sabotage their lives nor harm others. Each week addresses a separate topic. Participants can join any week they want, and upon completion of all assignments, receive a Court-Approved Certificate of Completion. This is an online course.

Co-Parenting Well
This is an eight week psycho-educational program consisting of once-weekly, two-hour sessions. The group is suitable for those co-parents with minimal to moderate conflict in their relationship. The course can be taken by one or both parents. Upon completion of the program, you will get a court approved certificate of attendance.
