Taking this first step toward healing is the most courageous, yet intimidating and vulnerable experience one may ever take. Over the last few years, I have worked with couples, families and individuals searching for hope in times of crisis. I will work collaboratively with you to process and explore the roots of your emotional distress and support you toward increasing resilience and self-awareness. I can also help you to navigate through feeling "stuck" and/or "lost" due to life transitions and traumatic experiences.
With a specialization in couple and family psychotherapy, I aim to strengthen relational bonds by strengthening attachment security, improving communication patterns and identifying family dynamics. Through my training and experience I have acquired the skills and knowledge to work with clients from various backgrounds with diverse needs.
