Life is a journey, like every great journey it has its certainties and uncertainties. As a registered marriage and family therapist I am trained in systemic, relationships and psychotherapy. I believe that throughout life we exist in many type of relationships, that directly or indirectly impact our well beings. Research and theory have shown that mental illness and family issues are best treated in the context of relationships. My therapeutic approach to counseling is non judgmental, kind, graceful, understanding and I value my clients input in the session. I use Gottman Method Couple Therapy in my work.
I specialize in: Couples Therapy, Premarital or Enrichment Counselling, Parenting issues, Affairs, Sexual Addiction, Pornography, Divorce Recovery, Blended Families, Physical and Emotional Intimacy issues. I also specialized in parent-child relationships. I am also trained in therapeutic care for mental illnesses. I am trained as an EMDR therapist.
I am fluent in French and English spoken and written and offer counselling in those two languages. I offer evening appointments. I am a public speaker and offer: seminars workshops, presentations to schools or to corporations or business organisations.
