I like to get a clear understanding of the concerns, look at beliefs and cognitions the client has, see if these beliefs impair quality of life and can be reworked for necessary change. I also provide EMDR treatment for resolution of aftermath of trauma, abuse and for low self-esteem.
My fee is probably higher than some other practitioners on this list. I have received preparation and training from some of the “greats” in the field of psychotherapy.
