My ideal clients are adults and youth seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and intergenerational trauma. Many arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we create a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. Drawing on nervous system regulation, evidence-based therapy, Indigenous Ways of Knowing, and the healing power of nature, I help clients rediscover their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned.

Healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen and supported. Whether you are carrying grief, navigating change, healing from trauma, or searching for deeper meaning, you do not have to walk that path alone. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and a renewed connection to yourself and the life you want to live.

As a first-generation residential school thriver and member of Batchewana First Nation, I understand healing as a sacred journey. Guided by Indigenous Ways of Knowing, nervous system healing, and connection to the land, I create programs that weave together safety, culture, relationships, and belonging to support lasting healing and growth.
