Most of my clients experience symptoms of Complex Post Traumatic Stress. I draw on various modalities that are used to shift energy in mental, behavioral, and psycho-spiritual transformations. As well as being able to look at self, to love self and feel safe enough to stand in their own unique magical self. I practice this daily by owning my unique quirky side of me. We are all sacred.
I work with both Indigenous and non indigenous community. I bring in a holistic and strength based perspective into your journey by embracing your intuition, your desire to love yourself and a desire to have hope, meaning, purpose and belonging in your life. I do love to take our sessions in the trees and for those who want to experience nature therapy.
I am a first generation residential school thriver. Mental wellness is continuous and always needs to be embraced and nurtured. I am a member of Batchewana First Nation of Ojibways.
