Adolescent Art Therapy

Art Therapy uses art materials as a means of creative self expression, with the intention of understanding yourself. It empowers clients having difficulty talking about challenging life experiences. Adolescence is hard they have had key developmental experiences impacted by COVID-19. During this time they have missed opportunities with their peers to: develop and challenge social norms, learn about themselves, about healthy relationships, and develop critical thinking skills that help them make healthy decisions and confidence in themselves. This group is timely and beneficial and your kid is worth it!
