My background is in developmental coaching, facilitation, and human-centred learning design. For over 10 years, I've used those tools to support people, especially those who are queer, trans, and neurodivergent, to redesign their lives so they feel more alive and aligned.
I hold space for individuals, leaders, couples, teams, and organizations navigating change, grief, burnout, uncertainty, or major life transitions. Together we reconnect with what matters and prototype new possibilities for your life, work, and purpose, not through having all the answers, but by sitting with the big questions.
