Sexologists at our clinic offer a neutral space in a relaxed environment to work on your self expression and to build your confidence. We are sexologists trained to help you reflect on your sexuality, your needs after a trauma or a break up and we teach conflit resolution. We adjust to our client's needs as a foundation of our therapeutic approach.
Reaching out to get help and talking to a new person you don't know might feel like a big deal. It's overwhelming to start working on issues while in the middle of it. We'll start with what you're comfortable with and go from there. We offer individual or couple's therapy in English or in French. You can decide if you prefer virtual or in-person sessions.
