Do you struggle to overcome depression or anxiety? Do you have trouble managing your stress and relationships? Sometimes it is necessary to turn to a professional to get the help you need. I am a nurse clinician, a marriage and family therapist, and a psychotherapist graduated from McGill in the Longueuil area. I am here to support you, in French or in English, in the process of understanding and respecting oneself. For ten years, I have been accompanying people living with a mental health problem.
Although I use several methods in an integrative way, my basics are humanistic and systemic. I offer you individual, couple or family sessions. In person at my office in Longueuil, by phone or video conference.
