I help Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), mid-career professionals, and young adults who are looking for direction or who feel unhappy or stuck in their careers. I guide you to consider your natural strengths, interests, values, and skills, and from there look at possible careers or career shifts to consider, and then steps that you can take to move forward in an informed and confident way. I address barriers that may prevent you from achieving your goals such as anxiety, negative beliefs, imposter syndrome, overthinking, procrastination, overwhelm, stress, and low self-esteem.
I can help you to learn skills to regulate emotions, manage stress, and to increase your belief in yourself and your abilities. Counselling with a coaching approach is provided to help with clear goal setting, generating possibilities, performance enhancement, and taking action toward your dreams and goals.
I work from a strengths based and anti-oppressive framework, and have experience working with individuals from diverse communities. Sessions are available on Saturdays and are offered online via secure telehealth video conferencing or by telephone. I look forward to connecting with you.
