I specialize in helping adults and adolescents (14+) deal with a range of mental health concerns, including poor emotion management, anxiety, depression, developmental/relational trauma, ADHD and emotional eating. I also work with couples who need help navigating infidelity, intimacy, breaches of trust, communication issues and parenting issues.
I specialize in somatic work and attachment-based approaches, using mindfulness-based techniques as a foundation for psychological flexibility. My primary therapeutic approaches include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational-Cultural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy & Polyvagal Therapy. In my work with couples, I use a Psychobiological Approach (PACT).
