I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist specializing in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and Bipolar Disorder. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction approaches, self-compassion building strategies, and brainspotting.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, and my aim is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.
