Hi there! I'm happy to meet with anyone experiencing a wide range of concerns. My areas of interest and experience are anxiety, relationships (romantic, platonic, parental), divorce/separation (co-parenting, step-parenting, parenting time), and peri- and post-partum mental health. I have experience with and work with all age groups from 12 years old and up. If you're not happy with the way you're feeling, you feel "stuck", or you're unsure how to go about communicating or expressing your needs and concerns, we can explore strategies and interventions to help support you with your goals.

My approach is client centered at heart. You are the expert of you and can best help yourself - sometimes we just need a bit of guidance and some unconditional support. I pull from a multitude of modalities but primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), The Gottman Method, and Mindfulness.

I understand that seeking help and reaching out can be hard. This is why I create a safe, comfortable, judgment free space. In person and virtual individual sessions are $145. Family and couples are $170. 30-minute sessions are available for $75 on a case by case basis. We do not direct bill, so please check with your insurance provider if they cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC).
