Welcome and thanks for stopping by. Life can be challenging, and we can all use someone to walk with us to a place of connection, security, and healing. Through lived experience I am here today able to offer you a safe space to share. I encourage anyone with mental health goals to reach out. The client’s that seek services with me may wish to address a variety of concerns that may be impacting their mental health including depression, anxiety, grief, difficulty coping with stress, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal relationships/conflict.
I am informed in using CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness while providing a space that is non-judgmental using trauma informed care. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic collaborative process that encourages client’s strengths, authenticity, and acceptance. I practice with genuine curiosity while maintaining a sense of humor.
It is hard to reach out for help, but if you are here asking questions about better understanding yourself then I believe you can do hard things and in the end be stronger for it. I encourage you to give me a call for a free consultation to see if I would be a good fit to walk on your healing journey with you.
