Developing a new relationship with your inner world can feel overwhelming and almost impossible at times. It is important to find a therapist that can help you explore your concerns with care, attention and support. My approach to psychotherapy is based on many years of training in both psychology and education. My passion for psychology led me to private practice after 20 years in the education sector. My role as a Principal of French Immersion Schools helps me establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients based on diverse interpersonal skills and a passion for the human condition.
