Hi! Here's my vibe: I support individuals and couples who struggle emotionally, with attachment issues, anxiety and who feel unsettled. I aim to foster self-awareness, connection to self and others, and self-acceptance in the unruly mess we call the human condition. My goal is to help you process the carrying effects of childhood trauma and neglect, chronic over-functioning, and untangle the pain that's difficult to shift. We can find the power to better express needs, navigate guilt, feel more in control, and feel fully without overwhelm. I do this experientially by guiding self-reflection, psychoeducation and gentle challenging.

I draw from IFS, relational psychodynamics, solutions-focused, narrative, EFT and AEDP. Together, we work to help access the emotional pain and trauma, using our innate capacity to transform overwhelming feelings into growth and grow compassion for parts of you that feel unseen or overworked. I specialize in ENM, polyamory and infidelity with couples.

It can feel vulnerable and hard to take this first step and reach out for support, which is why it's important to celebrate and embrace snot, laughter, or tears. I value openness, curiosity and hope to help you find ways to help you feel like you can live a life of vitality and authenticity, with the driving force being our therapeutic relationship.
