With over 12 years of experience in various sectors for mental health, I offer a safe and inclusive space to help guide you towards clarity and an enhanced sense of self. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and compassion fatigue. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or someone you care for, I work collaboratively to gain a better sense of yourself, exploring previous wounds, and create shifts to move towards your desired self. I will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and in turn more effective ways of coping.
As a modern therapist, I utilize evidence-based approaches that will meet desired goals and move towards change. Approaches include EMDR (EMDRIA trained), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
The hardest part can be taking the first step and I am thankful you have begun this journey. If you choose to move forward, I will provide you with the space and tools for lasting change. I will listen and support you. No matter where you are in your journey - I will meet you there.
