Alongside challenges, changes, and exploration, I also invite humour, curiosity, and playfulness in all its forms.

I pull from a variety of approaches, grounding my work in anti-oppressive and trauma informed principles. My training and experience have focused on communication, relational closeness, self narratives, neurodivergent self discovery, gender, sexuality, and how our early relationships impact our relational styles today.
