Face to face therapy in person at Bloor West Village and close to Kipling Station, convenient from West of downtown,Etobicoke or Mississauga. Sunday appointments are available all with a nice cup of tea. We meet in a quiet, private office where you can slow down, talk openly, and feel heard. I work with individuals and couples on relationships, childhood, grief, parenthood, support for front line worker concerns. I am trained to support Nurses, police, fire and critical incident stress professions. Therapy is pragmatic, warm, practical, collaborative, and focused on connection, clarity, choice. I am direct with a sense of humour.

Are you an expert in over thinking, brilliant at assuming others motives, that hurt, many feelings of being judged - I can help. I offer "Rewind" for trauma processing, EFT (couples) IFS &IFIO sex therapy betrayal, marriage issues, infidelity, parenting, careers and grief /loss PTSD and traumatic events. Front line workers and safety personnel welcomed.

I have joined a volunteer-driven resource. The Grief Corps is a Canadian initiative that free to any resident of Canada who has lost someone to COVID-19. All groups are run by volunteer mental health professionals experienced running support groups. These groups are not providing therapy. A forum with the opportunity to share your experiences and receive support from people who have similar experiences. This group helps therapists share and work through their own feelings about therapy as a vocation. Group members can bring issues of the day to the group, share ideas for self care, explore effective use of self all in a group format with other therapists. Plus topic exploration will be encouraged. Two experienced therapists will guide you through a 90 minute exploratory support group. This is not supervision, this is self care and self development. Maximum of 9 participants.
