As a relational therapist, I am here to help you navigate these challenges. My name is Claire De Boer, a Registered Clinical Counsellor based on the serene border of Surrey and White Rock, British Columbia.

I help people feel connected and fulfilled in their relationship to others and to themselves. I work with couples, but also individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, all of which are signs of disconnection from the self. I work from an attachment-based perspective, helping you to understand when and how these problems began.

Relationships are hard, especially the one we have with ourselves. I am here to journey with you through your struggles and help you move towards awareness, connection and growth.
