Using a client-centred and conversational approach, I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are seeking to navigate life in a more functional way. Managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship habits, and life transitions (e.g. pregnancy, marriage, divorce, job, school, etc.) are just some of the areas I am able to help with. I work collaboratively with clients to assess their concerns and create plans to move forward in a way that meets their needs.

I offer an eclectic treatment approach that centres on client strengths and resources while acknowledging the impact of culture and trauma history. I am to meet clients where they are at and draw from evidenced-based psychotherapeutic models in order to help them achieve their goals.

In addition to my clinical skills, I am a wife and mother as well as a basketball coach. Life experience underpins my connection with clients and helps build a therapeutic relationship that drives treatment outcomes.
