I'm so glad you are here! I know how hard taking the first step in your mental health can be, but you are one step closer to getting back to your best self. I am passionate about the work I do, and feel that building rapport with clients allows for the most growth and success. I strive to ensure that my clients feel they are heard, understood and feel they are in a non-judgemental space to express all their thoughts and feelings. I am currently accepting new clients seeking individual therapy and specialize in children and adolescents, perinatal mental health and parent support and coaching.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from a client-centered, strength-based framework. I utilize several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Play-Based Therapy.
Reaching out is the hardest part, but getting the support you need can help set you free from the emotions you are bundling up inside. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and my job is simply to help you along this journey to guide you, empower you, and offer you direction and my own expertise.
