We have a passion for supporting female identifying clients. In this practice, we provide individual counselling and have unique expertise in supporting women through transitions across the lifespan. In particular in the areas of adjusting to adulthood & parenthood, infertility, grief and loss, miscarriage, birth trauma, stillbirth, infant loss, perinatal mood disorders, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and peri-menopause. This also includes general symptoms of anxiety, depression and relationship stressors.
A little about us: We are both Registered Social Workers who has been practicing in the Peterborough area for close to 20 years now. Laura has particular passion for working with those who are experiencing infertility and birth trauma informed by her own lived experience and Tracy's special interest is in the area of all things grief and loss.
Adding private practice work to our professional life is both exciting and a true privilege. When we are not work you can find us hanging out with our pets, family and friends. We both enjoy good music, food, company, our pets and binge watching our favourite shows.
