Life can be a struggle and we all need help to find our way, no one should have to go it alone. Personal struggles come in many different forms and everyone’s journey to wellbeing looks different, therapy is an excellent place to begin journey. I create an accepting, non-judgemental, safe space for individuals of all walks of life to begin their journey. As an individual, you are the expert of yourself and your story and I believe it is a privilege to be able to walk along side you and work collaboratively to support you as you grow and learn to understand yourself and what you want your journey to look like.

I am a non-binary, queer identifying inclusive therapist and ally who supports youth, adults, and families from all communities. I am an eclectic therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement-Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused therapy and crisis intervention.

I have spent the last 10 years working with children and youth in a variety of treatment settings. I am skilled in crisis intervention, client advocacy, conflict management, addiction, 2SLGBTQ+, and trauma. I am highly empathetic, welcoming, down to earth, and prioritize fostering collaborative therapeutic relationships with clients.
