We can work together to address what lies beneath the distress and build the life you want for yourself or your child.

I have specialized training in trauma, attachment and somatic therapies. To promote healing and growth, I use a client and family centred, stengths-based approach that integrates modalities. I may use expressive arts-based interventions, EMDR, the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment model, Somatic informed therapies. play and talk.
