Supporting Your Child With Anxiety

This is a 5-week online parent/caregiver group for parents and caregivers of children ages 4-12 who may be struggling with anxiety. Weekly sessions are 1.5 hours per session and are offered via zoom meetings. Topics include: understanding anxiety, behaviour as a form of communication, coping strategies, parenting styles and strategies and special topics such as social, separation, and health anxiety, as well as, ADHD, ASD and trauma. Starting Monday, September 18th to October 16th, 2023.
