I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and supervisor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, intimate partner violence, relationship issues, parenting issues, or life transitions. I am welcoming to all faith backgrounds and gender identities, and believe in creating a culturally safe space for clients. I work from a trauma informed perspective as you process your experiences. I am passionate about empowering individuals to find strength and hope in their lives.
I work predominantly with individuals ranging in age from adolescence to adult. I enjoy working with University Students to help them embrace this life stage. Whether dealing with a specific mental health issue or general life challenges I endeavour to be client centred and will focus on your needs as we work towards your goals.
My team of counsellors which include Hannah Povey, Joel Povey and Jaclynn Schroeder and Liens Best. We are here to support you in whatever you are facing. We provide a safe, welcoming space to help you find resources to build your strength and capacity to thrive.
