Pet Loss Support Group
Beginning January 12th 2026, this online group will create a safe and supportive space for residents of BC who are struggling with the loss of a pet. This accessible & low-cost group will aim to provide support, psychoeducation, and community. While this a drop-in model (no commitment is required), participants will still need to register and have a brief intake session to make sure the group is a fit for them. DBT Informed Skills Group
This 8-week DBT informed group is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning DBT skills. The group teaches skills from each of the four DBT modules including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, and aims to provide evidence-based strategies to support with concerns such as emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, unhelpful behaviours, and relational difficulties/conflict. The group is online and open to all residents of BC aged 19-30 years old.
