I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). I provide clinical assessment and evidence-based therapy for a range of emotional and adjustment related difficulties, with a primary focus on the treatment of addiction, trauma-related disorders (i.e., PTSD), depression and anxiety disorders. I also have a special interest in working with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), which is a short-term, goal-directed treatment that is effective for a variety of psychological problems. I also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based treatments to best address the specific needs of each person I work with.
