Accepting New Clients. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed? Sometimes it can all feel like too much, and it's difficult to see the way forward. Perhaps you are experiencing issues in your relationships, having difficulties managing your emotions or daily stressors. Maybe there are deeper issues - grief, trauma, questioning your purpose or identity- that keep you up at night and prevent you from fully enjoying life. Perhaps you're unsure what's bothering you, but you know that something isn't quite right, and you would like to feel more like yourself again.

This is where I come in - I am here to provide the space and support necessary to help you process your experiences, manage your stress and to help you get to where you want to be. Using a client-centered, strengths-based, and compassion-focused approach, I specialize in working with trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety/depression, and relationship issues.

Using a variety of modalities including but not limited to EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioural therapy, Attachment theory, Narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, I am here to work alongside you and empower you to discover what you need to do to reach your goals of healing and wellness.

Clients pay directly and are sent a detailed invoice after every session which they can send to their insurance company for reimbursement. If the cost of sessions is a barrier, we can discuss sliding scale options.

I prefer to use an integrative approach that is tailored to the client, often pulling from a variety of modalities to address the specific presenting issues that are causing distress, and exploring the origins of where these might come from.
