I work with children, youth, and adults across the lifespan who are navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many come feeling overwhelmed or stuck, unsure how to make sense of what they are carrying. My clinical experience in hospital and community mental health settings has shaped how I understand distress as something that often needs time, safety, and support to unfold. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to slow things down, make sense of patterns, and move toward change that feels grounded, meaningful, and true to you.

I take a humanistic, existential, and attachment-informed approach to counselling, offering a collaborative space to explore emotions, relationships, and meaning. Together we work to understand patterns, make sense of difficult experiences, and support change that feels grounded, authentic, and manageable in your life.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Therapy can involve difficult emotions, but it can also be meaningful and connecting.
