I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Traditional Healer. I believe that we are all innately wise individuals who somewhere along the way, forgot to trust our own inner knowings and belief systems. I guide individuals in remembering how wise and powerful they've always been so they can be more present in making decisions that are innately aligned with the life they want to live.
In my practice, I combine various psychotherapeutic, energetic, artistic and traditional healing modalities to help individuals, couples and families find the courage to live authentically and honestly. When we find compassion, courage and honesty within ourselves, we can offer that in our daily world and find more compassion for others and humanity.
Healing is a deeply courageous journey. It requires deep empathy and compassion for how challenging life can be, our humanness, and the fear that comes finding our happiness. I promise to walk the path with you until you can do it on your own and to share whatever I've learned along the way. .
