I hold a strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect. They are beautiful and spectacular AND can become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. That's where I come in. I too wear a lot of hats, I'm a new mom, spouse, sister, daughter, friend, psychotherapist, and above all, human. I know what it's like to feel stuck, hopeless, anxious, and overwhelmed. As a passionate Registered Social Service Worker and Psychotherapist, my experience professionally and personally allows me to understand the best ways to address each client's needs in an effective manner.

I work with folks from a person-centered and trauma informed approach guided in modalities of mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and internal family systems (IFS). I support folks struggling with Perinatal Mental Health, Women's Issues, Anxiety, Stress, Attachment, Relationships, Parenting, Life Transitions, and Nervous System Regulation
