Here at Bloom Counselling & Psychotherapy we hold a strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect. They are beautiful and spectacular AND can become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. That's where I come in. I too wear a lot of hats, I'm a new mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, friend, psychotherapist, and above all, human. I know what it's like to feel stuck, hopeless, anxious, and overwhelmed. As a passionate Registered Social Service Worker and Psychotherapist, my experience professionally and personally allows me to understand the best ways to address each client's needs in an effective manner.
I work with folks from a person-centered and trauma informed approached guided in modalities of mindfulness, acceptance and committment therapy, somatic, and dialectical behaviour therapy. I support folks struggling with Depression, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Anger, Stress, Attachment, Relationships, Substance Use, Trauma, Nervous System Regulation.
