I work with clients to achieve inner peace, optimal health, true joy, & lasting success in their personal and professional lives. Most of them feel stressed out, anxious, sad, or can't get stuff done, are close to burnout, and are secretly (or openly) struggling with their own mental and physical health. Some also want to get off some medications and don't know how to do it without having awful withdrawal symptoms. Maybe they are also struggling with memory issues, weight issues, CPTSD, hormonal issues, and other issues affecting their brain and mental health.
For full clarity: I am not a licensed psychotherapist, but a retired MD and ND, caring human being & qualified mental health coach. I work 99% online for your convenience. I use a holistic, integrated approach, combining conventional, functional, naturopathic medicine and health and life coaching with proven techniques as well as parenting & group coaching.
