Outside of sessions, many struggle to apply skills and enact real-world change. If you are struggling with anxiety, stress or complicated relationships, and want to shift into a life of thriving, I can help. I will support you to make intentional and healthy change in areas that you can influence while letting go of the things that do not serve you in order to balance agency and acceptance. Through skill-building, in-person activities and empowerment, you can be better equipped to meet life on life's terms. I will aid you in exploring your experiences and concerns at your own pace while collaborating towards solutions & growth.
With 10 years of clinical practice, I use techniques that draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Therapy & more to optimize support for each client's needs. As an Occupational Therapist, I offer unique approaches to encourage real-world action and change in meaningful ways.
I go beyond non-judgment to foster emotional safety and deeper understanding. Whether therapy is new to you or you have some experience, finding the right fit can be difficult.
