My personal experience, cultural roots, and deep curiosity about the human experience have shaped my path in the mental health field. As a first-generation Filipino-Canadian, I’ve witnessed the power of connection, storytelling, healing and community- values that guide how I show up in our work together, with curiosity, compassion, and care. I bring several years of experience supporting children, youth, and adults through challenges including complex trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational concerns. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
I also integrate parts work and somatic exercises to help tune into the wisdom of your body, release stored tension, and build nervous system resilience. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine human-to-human connection. My approach is relational and collaborative, ultimately creating space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.
I practice from a trauma-informed, intersectional, and holistic lens, honouring all parts of your identity and lived experience.
