I hold a master's in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I work as a school counsellor during the day and in private practice night/weekends. I use a client-centered approach and have training in CBT, DBT, IFS, hypnotherapy, polyvagal & trauma informed therapies. I welcome individuals, couples & families.
