Hello! I’m Christine and I’m a queer ADHDer. You’re on a quest for wellness and you’ve stumbled on to my page because you’re looking for a guide to help you navigate some difficult things: executive dysfunction that comes with neurodivergence, sex & kink shame, relationship issues (incl. polyamory and NM) and living in a world that feels like it demands so much of you. As your guide, you can expect a trauma-informed and non-judgemental approach, informed by an attachment-based perspective. My goal is to give you a meaningful therapeutic experience that explores many parts of yourself, connect you back to your authenticity, and encourage you to live a fulfilling life that inspires growth at your own pace.
