Whether you're an adult navigating life's challenges, a parent whose child or teen is struggling, or someone exploring change, you've come to the right place. I offer traditional talk therapy with an option of something a little different: a creative approach that includes drawing. It helps children, teens, adults (individuals/couples) with expression. Some love the creative approach; others just want to talk. Evenings and weekends, in-person (Chatham & Woodstock) and virtually across Ontario. 30 min, 60 min or longer. Sessions are based on your needs.
Together, we can explore the problems and patterns shaping your life. Sessions are mostly conversation-based, but can include creative approaches, or customized journaling prompts for insight between sessions. You set the pace: weekly, biweekly, etc. Many of my clients are men wanting to improve their relationship and are seeking emotional growth.
Whatever you're carrying developed for a reason, and you don't need to have it figured out to begin. I've helped people of all ages work through all kinds of challenges.
