You already know something isn’t working. Maybe you’re stuck in the same patterns, overwhelmed by feelings you can’t quite name, or watching your child struggle and not knowing how to help. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, anger, and life’s bigger transitions. I have a variety of approaches to help people navigate problems and move forward.
Sessions are mostly conversational approaches, but we can also use drawing, expressive arts, or breathwork, whatever helps you most. I can also combine narrative therapy with simple drawing to help you see your situation more clearly and start moving forward. No art skills needed.
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. I’ve worked with people of all ages through all kinds of challenges. If any of this feels right, I’d love to hear from you. I’d be honoured to walk this journey alongside you.
