Welcome! It takes courage to seek help and is a sign of strength. Everyone at some point in their life feels ‘stuck’ or ‘overwhelmed.’ I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years providing individual, family and group counselling. I enjoy supporting clients through their difficult times helping them move forward with greater confidence and hope.
Each person is unique. I focus on helping clients gain insight and learn strategies to help them ‘respond’ to life’s challenges rather than ‘react.’ Most relationships have conflict. Learning skills to manage emotions and conflict can lead to better relationships and greater happiness.
