As women, our lives unfold in seasons—each shaped by powerful hormonal shifts, evolving identities, deep emotional currents, and the complex relationships we hold with others and ourselves. In these seasons, we often discover parts of us that feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or longing for clarity.
Through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming approach, I support women in navigating the inner and outer transitions that accompany each stage of womanhood—fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
I offer counselling for women experiencing and exploring:
Fertility challenges or transitions
Pregnancy, birth trauma, or postpartum mental health concerns
Identity shifts in early or later parenting
Perimenopause or menopause
A neurodivergent diagnosis (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, SPD, among others)
Trauma, grief, or emotional overwhelm
Relationship transitions
Here, you’ll find room to breathe, reflect, heal, and reconnect with your Self: calm, curious, compassionate, and deeply wise. Please visit my website for more information. Feel free to contact me by email or phone for a free consultation. I look forward to working with you.
