As women, our lives unfold in seasons—each shaped by powerful hormonal shifts, evolving identities, deep emotional currents, and the complex relationships we hold with others and ourselves. Through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming approach, I support women in navigating the inner and outer transitions that accompany each stage of womanhood—fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
