I offer online counselling in French and English, and forest walking sessions in person (upon qualification). As a counsellor and workshop facilitator, I work with a unique combination of perspectives and believe that exploring all aspects of a woman - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual - is crucial to achieving health, wellness and balance.
